Typos and errors in PSF Privacy notice

There are some typos/errors in https://policies.python.org/PSF-Privacy-Notice/

• Point 11 is repeated, second one should be point 13
  
• “Economic European Area” → should be European Economic Area.
• “outside the European Economic Areas” → usually European Economic Area (singular)

Hi @corneliusroemer , I noticed a few editorial issues in the PSF Privacy Notice:

1. Point 11 is repeated; the second occurrence should be point 13.
2. “Economic European Area” should be “European Economic Area”.
3. “outside the European Economic Areas” should be singular: “European Economic Area”.

I would like to work on fixing these if this is acceptable.
