Changing reducing element size in a group does not resize group frame

Describe the bug
If you change the size of an object within a group, the size of the group (e.g., the group frame) does not resize. It stays the original size (e.g., either too big or too small).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. New Drawing
2. Add two elements
3. Group elements
4. Click on the group
5. Click on one of the elements in the group
6. Resize the element to make it smaller (delete the element has same effect)
7. Click away from group on canvas
8. Click on group --> group size same rather than smaller

Note: making an element larger resizes the group properly

Expected behavior
Group frame should resize properly.
