When I click Export As -> PDF -> OK and export to PDF, all text that was set to bold becomes non-bold in the PDF file, as shown below.

Is that because SimSun doesn't have a bold font (i.e. it's pseudo-bold)? See this: https://fonts.google.com/knowledge/glossary/faux_fake_pseudo_synthesized. Try change the font to Source Han Serif (https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-serif) and see if the problem persists.

I tried your answer, put the SourceHanSerifSC-VF.ttf and SourceHanSerifCN-VF.ttf in windows/fonts to install them , then i reboot the computer ,but it does not works, the bold text formatting is still lost
