Please confirm these before moving forward

  • I have searched for my issue and have not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
  • I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.

Describe your issue

The error occurs every time I try to update Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime from version 11.0.0-preview.2.26159.112 to version 11.0.0-preview.3.26207.106.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Just start the update process of mentioned runtime.
